Kier and it’s partnership with South West Water are passionate about providing an exceptional service to customers. We help to provide high quality drinking and waste water service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Bournemouth and small parts of Somerset.
We work as part of a Framework delivering reactive repair and maintenance services across the regions in the South West, whether it be responding to fix a water leak or replacing a main on planned works, we will be there ensuring we complete the works in a safe and timely way.
As Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Schedulers on a daily basis & providing effective communication with all stakeholders. This will include ensuring Streetworks Notices are accurate and to make sure all person concerned are aware of all available NRSWA Information, complete all work packages for distribution and undertaking closure ad filing of completed work packages. In addition, you will be updating client and Kier systems, producing and despatching customer notification letters/ leaflets and supporting with general administration duties.
