Are you an experienced Allocate Healthroster Practitioner?
If so we want to hear from you as we have a rare opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the Rostering and Staff Bank Team at The Dudley Group NHS Trust.
The post holder will be expected to provide a proactive Rostering and Staff Bank service and act as the Bank & Rostering supervisor utilising specialist knowledge of Allocate Bank & Electronic Rostering applications to help administer the implementation of the AHP Job Planning and AHP rostering programme at the Trust.
In addition, the post holder will assist in the ongoing implementation of the Allocate Healthroster system throughout the Trust.
The successful applicant will liaise with Matrons, Lead Nurses and Staff Nurses on a day-today basis.
You will need proven experience within an administration role with excellent communication skills.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will act as the Bank & Rostering Supervisor utilising specialist knowledge of Bank & Electronic Rostering applications to administer and supervise the implementation of the AHP Job Planning and AHP rostering programme at the Trust.
In addition the post holder is responsible for ensuring the systems are run
efficiently and effectively and quality reviews are conducted in accordance
with the quality plans.
