Our client is a leading energy provider who is committed to helping their customers in any way they can. The client sells electricity and gas to over 5.5 million residential and business customers, making them the largest supplier of electricity by volume.

PLEASE NOTE - THESE ARE LONG TERM TEMPORARY CONTRACTS WITH MANPOWER.

Accountabilities:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems to manage customer accounts
  • Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleague
  • Process of digitised correspondence and indexing to customer accounts
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contact
  • Complaint logging in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
