We have a new and exciting opportunity for Project Administrator, who will be responsible for coordinating activities for the project team during the new client implementation process.

Typical duties within the role will include -

  • Assist the project manager in administrative duties, action plans and processes
  • Manage and maintain project trackers & reports, ensuring that all date is up to date
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes. Ensure minutes are they typed up and shared with the relevant individuals
  • Support the preparation and distribution of project materials
  • Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure that all data is kept up to date in the relevant systems
  • Assist with planning activities, from start to finish of project
  • Order resources in line with business requirements
  • Track expenses and work on budget forecast
  • Monitor progress of project actives and escalate any issues or potential issues
  • Report on team and project performance
  • Collaborate on stakeholder presentations with required
  • Support with any other activities within the projects team
  • You -

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages (specifically Excel is essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail is required
  • Knowledge of Viso or Microsoft projects would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn
  • Deadline-driven
  • Organised and focused
  • Computer literate
