We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 13 existing regions and two timber frame factories, soon to be 16 regions and 3 timber frame factories. Right now, as part of an ambitious future development programme in our Housebuilding South region, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Land Manager to join our expanding Land Team based out of our offices in Sevenoaks.
About the role...
This is a fantastic opportunity within our Housebuilding South team. As a Senior Land Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying suitable greenfield land for us to build on, as well as providing proactive support to the land director & wider land team when sourcing land opportunities. You will love building trusted relationships with Land Agents, Planning Consultants and Landowners and will be comfortable researching existing and emerging Local and Central Government planning policies.
You will also be responsible for advising the Land Director in the identification of new opportunities you’re your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will be great for when you’re preparing bid documents and presentations to landowners and their agents, or when managing and instructing consultants to an agreed scope of works.

With proven experience in a similar role, you’ll also need a passion for property, development and placemaking and hold a RICS or RTPI membership. You will have fantastic relationship building, problem solving and decision-making skills and a superb eye for detail.
