Are you an experienced Recruitment Administrator within a Recruitment business? Are you looking for a progressive business who invests in its staff? Do you want to work for one of the UK's leading social care and social work recruiters?

Due to growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Administrator who will also have the responsibility of managing some internal office functions. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to have experience in resourcing and supporting a permanent recruitment team, along with the ability to manage the day to day running of a busy recruitment office.

Key Duties -

Resource Admin

  • CV Formatting
  • Job Adverts
  • Mailshots
  • Resourcing via job boards
  • Data entry (Uploading and updating candidate profiles)
  • Job Portal Submissions
  • Updating current documents
  • Admin Support
  • Compliance
  • Statistics reports

Office Support

  • Post management
  • Liaising with our IT Support supplier
  • Office support (Stationary, Office Supplies)
  • Systems management
  • Office support (Air Con, Water Machine Services etc.)
  • External contract management
  • Petty Cash
  • GDPR Removal
  • Database - Help and Support
