Due to the partnership between Hays and Birmingham City Council, we are looking for customer service advisers to join them and be apart of their inbound call centre. Your new role
You will be working in a team taking inbound phone calls, logging the calls on the relevant systems and speaking to individuals within the Birmingham area. The role is a 3 month plus contract. Candidates cannot have any annual leave booked for the next 3 MONTHS.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and have confidence working on their own. Candidates from call centre/contact centre or telesales environment will benefit from the nature of this role as you will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. Staff will be required to cover the full contractual period with NO annual leave booked for the next 3 months. Also note that we will require 2 ex-employer references from your 2 most recent places of employment upon registration, therefore your referees must be contactable for us to take your application forward to the next stage.
