Operating Area;- Healthcare / Commercial / Education / Mixed-Used / Distribution/ Care Homes Values; - £5m up to £30m Duties as a Contracts Manager: * Managing all production staff from project Managers to Assistant Site Managers * Managing 2 to 3 jobs at a given time * Regular meetings with Clients and Client teams * Recruitment of new staff * Development and application of Integrated Management System * Asta and Microsoft Project programming * Management and audits of the CDE and Field view software * Management and audits of the Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems * Design reviews inclusive of IRS, RDD, BREEAM, Building regulations, NHBC * Monthly procurement and Cost Value Reconciliation reviews * New work winning, involvement in all new tenders. Leading new bids, chairing meetings, Site visits, production of methodology’s, logistics plans and prelims books. * Contract (and Amendment) reviews, risk profiling and opportunity and risk workshops with teams
