Warehouse SAP Support

Great Opportunity - Coleshill - Up to £25000Hays are on the look out for two SAP Support users for an exciting business based outside Sutton Coldfield. This business is thriving and growing at such a rapid speed that career progression will be offered to performing individuals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of using SAP ideally however another large ERP system would be welcomed. You will be required to provide operational support and testing on client requirements and be first line support for any queries.

Act as the first point of contact for topics related to the SAP system for operations.

Make any SAP system adjustments that are required at an operational level

Supporting new projects / process optimizations in the SAP system and accompany the implementation by the IT.

Training of staff on system processes and providing ongoing 1st level support

Auditing of administration staff to ensure correct processes are being followed as documented
