This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking to establish their career in the world of Recruitment. This will give you excellent experience from both working in a busy recruitment office and also spending time and building rapport with one of our most long-standing clients.
The role would suit a dynamic individual who would like to work in a fast-paced environment and who can also offer flexibility and a positive work approach. Recruitment experience is not required but excellent customer service skills, exceptional telephone manner, "can do" attitude, ability to build relationships and an excellent work ethic are essential.

The successful candidate will be working on our clients premises and also in our North Manchester office.
This role is a varied position that can build up your recruitment experience in both resourcing and onsite support. You would be providing an ongoing support to the busy team with regards to recruitment and you would be also supporting an Experienced Account Manager in a daily service provided to the client.

Pay Rate: circa £21000 - £22000 plus future bonus and uplifts
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, between 6am – 3pm

The Candidate:
We are looking for a hard-working individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy to our well-established team. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with some previous experience in customer services, call centres, retail or hospitality. Equally we are happy to speak to candidates who are new graduates and are looking for their first commercial role.

Recruitment Support
Onsite/Branch Support will be managing and coordinating temporary agency staff working at the client’s premises. They will develop strong working relationship with the client and ensure that Client is satisfied with a day-to-day service delivery. They will also be required to support Branch with sourcing, screening, and on-boarding candidates.
1. Monitor performance & attendance of the temporary workers and escalate any issues through the disciplinary procedures.
2. Collating, analysing, and managing site performance on a daily basis
3. Building and maintaining excellent working relationship with both client and candidates.
4. Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
5. Coordinating on-site and supporting branch recruitment of workers, inductions, and site tours
