This rapidly growing retail organisation has experienced strong commercial success throughout the year, having seen a spike in sales since lockdown began. As a result of this expansion, they are looking for a customer service executive to join their well established customer service team.
Your new role
In your role as customer service executive, you will carry our a variety of tasks on a daily basis including:
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Communication with customers via email
  • Managing social media platforms ran by the business
  • Processing customer refunds
  • Query investigation

  • This job revolves around your ability to provide strong customer service, so you will be a confident communicator able to deal with high volume and complex customer queries with ease. You will work alongside your team to deal with queries and deal with ad hoc duties when required.
    What you'll need to succeed
    As previously mentioned, this job requires confidence when dealing with customers. Therefore, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to confidently answer the phone, be able to work under pressure, and be able to go the extra mile when dealing with customers. You will be IT literate, being able to navigate emails and social media platforms efficiently.
    This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a vibrant customer service team.
    What you'll get in return
    You will be offered a generous salary of between £19k - £20k depending on experience, alongside generous employee benefits. This organisation is based in Leeds City Centre so is easily accessible.
    This position is a full time permanent role with standard hours, working Monday to Friday.
