LOD are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, with a sound understanding of agile delivery frameworks. You will be at the heart of Lloyds Online Doctor project delivery, ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of products that brings patients and health care providers together through digital channels. You will be the conduit between clinical, product management, inhouse software teams, third party suppliers, operations, and eCommerce teams to ensure successful product launch.
With us, you will be a crucial advocate and change agent for driving an agile and continuous improvement culture across all areas of the business. This role will involve more than just IT project management and include supporting our whole Online Doctor business to coach, develop and support our teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled in Agile project management and delivery. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and your leadership style will be facilitative and empowering, which allows our teams to learn as they go and reflect, adapt and enhance processes.
