Sales and Marketing Admin - New Build Residential Sales

B+C are working with a Housing Developer who are for a Sales and Marketing admin professional to join their team

Key aspects of the role;

  • Setting up a system of electronic filing for all plot sales using the CRM system,
  • Responsible for distributing relevant elements to other departments in a timely fashion. Ensuring the data is stored to GDPR and auditable standards
  • Help the sales team to to progress sales through to completion
  • Ensuring that all sales literature, development and customer information is filed
  • Ensure that all marketing information are received within prescribes timescale from development team
  • The ideal candidate will have either private sector or Housing Association/Local Council Sales Admin experience
