Overall Job Purpose
To educate and influence a panel of external Advisers on the use of the VitalityInvest Proposition - leading to the attainment of new business flows in line with expectations/sales target.
To increase sales of the Vitality Invest products through the designated panel of advisory firms, with the aim to achieve the specified sales target
Generate and implement sales strategies to grow the VitalityInvest brand and market share
Design, implement and manage a proactive and business planning approach to further develop Panel relationships and to facilitate their growth in the use of the VitalityInvest Proposition
Contribute to the development of the Investment product proposition
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as Technical Marketing, Proposition, Marketing, Service & Ops plus National Account Managers and VitalityInvest Exec Management
Skills Required
A levels or equivalent
RO5 financial services exam/RO2(Level 4 qualified)
Experience in dealing with Financial Advisers in the UK investment market
Experience in developing investment sales in the UK market
An understanding of portfolio construction and the fund market in general
Degree level
Experience in delivering new and innovative propositions/products in the investment arena
