Customer Service Advisor We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a highly successful logistics company based in Burton On Trent. This is a temporary to permanent position performance dependant. Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:30-16:30 Responsibilities: Ensure all booking requirements have been acquired and communicated through to the planning department Ensure all deliveries have been made to the customer and any issues communicated and resolved Work in conjunction with all departments to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Ensure all hauliers are accurately paid on time, either through PO's or CFX debrief Ensure all late deliveries are reported and logged into Primary systems/reports Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to processes and guidelines Provide a daily Tanking status report for the customer Ensure relevant custom paperwork has been completed for deliveries to Channel Islands Liaison with external and internal customers as required Ensure all custom documentation has been created by MCBC for all orders into Northern Ireland Ensure all telephone / email queries are answered and resolved. Monitor NDC collections by sub hauliers, using the PTMS system Booking in of deliveries with the customer Chase outstanding deliveries and reasons for delays, which includes updating service reports Adherence to all health & safety aspects as required Achievement of personal development objectiveOff road on site parking available. This is a Temporary to Permanent position to begin with. Salary: £18,000
