Pod are pleased to be working with a household consumer healthcare brand who are looking for a Customer Supply Coordinator to join their growing team in North London.In this role, you will be the point of contact between the business and its B2B customers, managing logistics processes and maximising customer service levels.This is a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a passion for logistics and communication to join a team as they continue to develop their supply chain processes.ResponsibilitiesYour key day-to-day responsibilities will include:Ensure that UK major customer service and OTIF levels are achieved and maintained through the timely receipt of finished productSend weekly OS reports to all major retailers.Alert planners to any low stocks / future promotionsAllocate and release customer orders and book in deliveriesReport any shortages to the customer & national account managers in a timely fashionAllocate Export ordersRequirementsI am looking for a candidate who:Has 5+ years' experience in a B2B logistics/planning roleIs very confident with using Excel to analyse and presentEnjoys a fast-paced and bustling work environmentHas a passion for communication, customer service, and organisationSound like you?
