IT Business Analyst – Aftersales

We’re looking for someone with a sharp, process driven, analytic mind who understands the Aftersales business, with a particular focus on Autoline skills. You’ll be responsible for liaising with the business to understand their requirements for new and improved IT systems, including both technology and process-driven enhancements.
You’ll use your knowledge to build a solid relationship with the Customer Services team based on trust, and over time become the subject matter expert in IT systems which support Aftersales. You’ll act as the bridge between the business teams and more technical contacts at DAG and third party technology suppliers.
You’ll be responsible for helping support the Customer Services department meet their business KPIs, supporting changes and improvements in the Dealer DMS, Service Contracts and Digital business areas.
