Mechanical Project Engineer - Central London, Commercial New Build ProjectThe role: Oversee and manage all technical aspects of preconstruction, design and build phases, into commissioning and handover. Duties Include: Design review, build ability checks and validation Value engineering of mechanical packageProducing and responding to RFI's / Tech SubsProcurement tender review Site set up and subcontractor management Overseeing and enforcing scope of works, commissioning and quality plansSign of and management of ITPs Desired Experience: Degree or HNC in Building Services / Mechanical EngineeringExperience leading design and build projects up to £5m M&E
