Help us strengthen our team as Service Contract Manager with Capita Secure Solutions and Services

Location - This role remote -Home-Based with flexibility to travel to client sites which is across the South of England.
This role sits within Capita Secure Solutions and Services business unit, providing the Business, Service, Contract and Financial management of a number of Emergency Services Command and Control Contracts and Customers.
The Service Contract Manager will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders within Capita, Customers and other 3rd parties including suppliers to ensure all contract related risks, issues and opportunities are effectively managed and delivered to budgeted contract revenues and profitability within a context of continuously improving Service contract performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with SSS Customers, ensuring that the services from Capita continue to meet the business requirements and best value criteria
Understands the business needs of the Customer as well as the technical solution
Financial management and accounting of the contract
Seeking additional revenue opportunities within the SSS Customer Base
Act as the conduit for Contract Change Notices (CCN) to and from Capita
Ensure that Variation Orders (VOs) and CCNs are progressed through to completion
Continually checks and reports that the Customer is receiving demonstrable value for money from Capita products and services
Ensure services are delivered within contract framework and all relevant standards, particularly ISO9001, ISO20000-1 and ISO27000
Act as the prime point of contact for the Customer with regard to escalation of issues including incident, problem, change and service requests
Highlights areas where Capita may be challenged in meeting the agreed SLA and encourages strategic discussions with the Customer to determine best methods for mitigating such risk areas in the future through joint service improvement initiatives
Manage and agree service credit calculation provisions where appropriate with the customer.
Ensures service reports are delivered to specification and on time to the Customer
What we’re looking for:
Experienced Service Contract/Supplier Manager.
Demonstrable experience of administering and delivering Service Contract Management with considerable exposure to Managing staff in Operational and Process Management areas.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
In depth knowledge of ITIL Processes
Good working knowledge of ISO 20000-1 /ISO27000 processes
Excellent Customer facing skills.
Relationship Management.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication and negotiation skills.
Presentation skills.
