A large social housing regeneration group are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer / Resident Liaison Officer for social housing external refurbishment projects in Sandwell,West Midlands
Duties will include:
Liaise with site management, operatives, the client and the tenants.
Investigating and resolving any complaints or claims from tenants
Providing support and information to tenants during works programme
Daily visits to tenants homes to support to the Project Manager and Site Foreman.
Maintenance and correlation of all records, files and incoming documents that relate to the Customer Service function.
Participating in weekly site meetings and project team meetings.
Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures carried out on site.
Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys before work commencement.
You will be liaising with both tenants and the management team.
Part of a larger construction group they are leading provider of regeneration services in the UK. They design, build, refurbish and regenerate communities completing refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and housing development.
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Resident Liaison Officer,Tenant Liaison Officer,TLO,RLO or a similar role in an external or refurbishment social house building environment on refurb or decent homes, kitchens and bathroom refurbishment projects.
