Employment Solicitor Associate opportunity working for a leading firm based in the West Midlands, with an excellent reputation and talented team.
You will need to have at least 1 years PQE and have experience in Employment law, however there is a degree of flexibility and the firm are considering candidates from all levels to meet client demand.
This role will offer the opportunity to handle various employment matters including: drafting contracts of employment and policies and procedures; managing disciplinary and grievance processes; advising on discrimination and whistleblowing cases; assisting with TUPE transfers and business restructures and redundancies; defending Employment Tribunal cases and delivering training.
