VANRATH is presently partnering with an indigenous Belfast based IT firm, presently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their growing business in a newly created role.

The company in question has grown significantly over the past 5 years both locally and internationally and have a rich history within their respective sectors, with a key focus on their customers.

They are also part of a much larger technology group, ensuring long term financial stability, but still maintain an agile work environment.

The Role

The HR Business Partner will work within a small HR team across a portfolio of IT companies, playing a key role in the delivery of a ‘best in class’ HR service to staff and management.
