Your new company

Hays social care provides staff to a number of organisations across the south west. Due to an increase in demand for full time long term workers we are looking to take on 2 new Support workers in the Taunton area.
Your new role
As a member of the Hays team under the current covid climate you will work solely in one home at any one time on a full time basis on rota. you will use your experience and knowledge of supporting young people to join the team in delivering care and support to the highest of standards with safeguarding at the heart of every action.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar children's residential setting in the last 2 years is essential. references must be provided to evidence this, level 2 or 3 in children and young peoples workforce is desirable.
