The Director for AI & Advanced Analytics will be responsible for understanding the industry best practices and SBD requirements, drive the architecture and implementation of Advanced Analytics & AI capabilities. You will have a can-do attitude and contribute to our digital strategy and be a liaison between the business, AI COE, IT and vendors, translates business needs and requirements into technical concepts and solutions. You'll deliver the platform for AI and Analytics, provide DevOps & automation capabilities and will ensure a high degree of system availability and reliability.
    You also have:
  • Possesses advanced knowledge and skills required to resolve complex IT issues
  • Strong knowledge​ of Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytical Tools
  • Experience managing cloud platforms taking advantage of cloud capabilities, implementing DevOps, ML Ops, CI/CD
  • Experience working with large complex data sets, real-time/near real-time analytics, and distributed big data platforms
  • Deep understanding of measuring and ensuring data quality at scale, and the required tooling to monitor and optimize the performance of the data pipelines
  • Conversant experience with SecOps processes and standards
  • Experience working with solutions that can be monetized with ability to distribute cost to the appropriate product teams
  • Strong management skills for planning and executing complex multi-team projects including third party service providers
  • Ability to influence and roll out technologies used by different enterprise teams
  • Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive budgeting process
  • Prior experience supporting commercial software product development preferred
  • Guided by long term objectives and business requirements.
  • Leads rigorous process and service improvement programs.
  • Develops new techniques to support innovative solutions
  • 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    3-6 years’ experience working with the Advanced Analytics & AI Technologies strongly desired
    6-9 years leadership experience.
  • Undergraduate degree and 13+ years relevant experience, or
    Graduate degree and 10-12 years relevant experience
  • What You’ll Do
    As a Director, AI & Advanced Analytics , you’ll be part of our Global IT team located remotely.
    Specifically, you’ll:
  • Provide leadership and strategy for Advanced Analytics & AI platforms to support commercial products and services
  • Work with Business and AI COE to understand the digital technology requirements and will be responsible and accountable to define the target state architecture and drive the platform implementation
  • Collaborate with broader architecture community to provide input into strategies and standards, ensure solution reuse, eliminate solution redundancy
  • Align solutions within existing Enterprise Architecture framework components including business capability, reference architectures and digital strategies
  • Manage processes/tools from both an implementation and operations perspective​
  • Oversee the application platform delivery and infrastructure services​
  • Ensures that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and take necessary steps for improvement​
  • Partner with other IT teams with respect to service related issues​
  • Provide consolidated reporting view of all maintenance and production support activities for the portfolio
  • Monitor key service delivery processes and resources to identify opportunities for more efficient delivery and implementation of new systems and services​
  • Engage all stakeholders including more senior individuals and performing suppliers in order to convince and influence them to address and resolve issues​
