We manage over 4,500 homes and have ambitious plans to build 3,000 homes by 2030 and we are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Manager to provide effective management of Ocean Housing Ltd’s tenancies and estates on a permanent, full time basis.

The Role at Ocean
You will be one of two Neighbourhood Services Managers who provides effective management of tenancies and estates which include lettings, neighbourhood management, anti-social behaviour, tenancy and estate management and services to vulnerable people and older person’s.
You will be responsible for a team of people who form part of the Ocean’s neighbourhoods team who are involved in tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, older persons services and lettings.
You will work in partnership with other agencies and customers and devise meaningful and sustainable action plans and represent Ocean at residents meetings and liaise with councilors and other stakeholders over neighbourhood issues. As part of your corporate responsibility you will support the Head of Neighbourhood Services in team plans, annual performance targets and contribute to internal and external inspections/audits, service reviews and other special projects.
As a manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating staff involved in delivering housing and estate management services by promoting and embedding Ocean’s behaviours framework and values. You will recruit, support, develop and appraise staff and ensure that staff meet preformance objectives and targets.
