What you'll be doing
In this permanent role, you’ll be working in our Service Support team, where we pride ourselves on being there for our customers whenever they need us. That means you must be ready to work across a variety of workstreams to meet customer demands providing valuable support for temporary peaks and demands, operational trials, and processes. The pace is fast and no two days are ever the same. You could one day be planning a new cable route and the next picking up a complex technical issue from an engineer. We will support you all the way. Including being trained on advanced computer and telephony systems.
You’ll be working in an office based in an operational environment. Covering shifts between 08.00 and 18.30 Monday - Saturday (currently no Sunday or Bank Holiday working).

You’ll strive to meet targets and take ownership to deliver brilliant results.
Possess a good level of all things IT (including knowledge of Microsoft Excel), and can quickly learn and become proficient with new computer systems and processes.
