RemitCompass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading luxury Care Home provider to recruit for a number of Nurses for their new luxury Care Home in Hindhead, Surrey. We are looking for Full time nurses to join a dynamic and ambitious team. The role will suit nurses who can care for elderly residents who are suffering from a variety of health conditions, from acute episodes, dementia, long-term illnesses and other diseases. To support recovery by using care plans, carrying out care procedures and assessments, evaluating and focusing on the needs of the residents rather than the illness or condition. The Candidate Working within a team of amazing Nurses and Carer’s, you’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the homes residents, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions including dementia. You will lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding, individualised nursing care and regularly updating person-centred care plans. We will have to demonstrate your strong leadership and clinical excellence within the nursing team, promoting best practice in wound management, tissue viability, end-of-life care and essential clinical interventions. You’ll pro-actively engage with the Senior Management in the development of Nurses and carer’s within the Home and wider business. Location This Beautiful new home is located in Hindhead, Surrey. Easily commutable from Haslemere, Petersfield, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Aldershot, Farnham, Bordon, Liphook, Horsham and Portsmouth. Haslemere Train Station is a short 20 minute walk for anyone who can’t drive the Home also offers free shuttles from the Haslemere train station for Day and Night shifts workers. Interview Process The interview process will be in a one stage format. Stage One – Zoom interview with Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Our client offers outstanding personal development and training along with excellent rates of pay starting from £19 per hour for nurses with less experience to £22 for experienced Nurses and working in a first class, luxury working environment.
