We have opportunities to join our Home First Reablement Support team. Intermediate Care and Reablement provide a service for people in their own homes, to maintain health and independent living as far as possible.

Home First is a fast paced , varied city wide service that provides support to Bristol residents upon leaving hospital. It is a 7-10 service to assess and support for any ongoing needs.

During the COVID pandemic the Home First team are working within the 3 main Reablement locality teams across the city. Please note that this is a city wide role and although you may work in one part of the city you could be required to support the teams in other parts of the city.

We have the following employment opportunities within the Home First team:

1 x Permanent/37 hour split shift vacancy: Working in the East of the City

0800-1400 and 1630-2100 on a 2 week rota:

Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun

Week 2 : Wed and Thurs

3 x Permanent/21 hour vacancies working in the North of the City

0800-1400 on a 2 week rota:

Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun

Week 2 : Wed and Thurs

Salary is £20,493-£21,748 pro-rata for the part time posts – this is equivalent to £10.62 per hour rising to £11.27 per hour.

The 37 hour post also attracts a WAP shift enhancement.

Please note that you must have a driving licence and access to a motorised vehicle to apply for one of these posts.
