We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Performance Marketing Coordinator to be part of our eCommerce team.
You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and play a crucial role in supporting the planning, management and execution of our performance marketing channels.
Responsible for briefing, building and sending all brand ecommerce emails and managing the calendar.
Work closely with the Online Brand Manager on the email strategy and calendar and monitor all email performance in terms of CTR/Open Rate/Conversion, report on these weekly.
Actively seek opportunities to create a strong email calendar that targets our customer database efficiently.
Work closely with the CRM team in understanding online customer purchase behaviour and own the CRM tools for the website database.
Support the Online Brand Manager with the management of the Loyalty Program, regularly updating and optimising emails & reporting on results.
Support the Online Brand Manager the day-to-day maintenance of Affiliate programme, including notifying publishers of launches, offers and uploading text links & banners.
Identify new opportunities to partner with publishers for content creation or unique offers to grow affiliate business and feedback for discussion with the Online Brand Manager.
Attend weekly calls with all marketing agencies to monitor performance, track goals and update on new opportunities for all performance channels.
Support the Online Brand Manager with SEO and PPC strategies ensuring customer journeys are intuitive and drive best in class experience.
Work with Digital Marketing Team to be aware of campaigns driven by social and display channels.
Commercial awareness, numerate and analytical with experience and exposure in a retail trading environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally and confident in leading both internal and external meetings.
Highly organised and able manage multiple projects.
Work closely with the Online Brand Manager to define site updates in accordance with the UK marketing calendar and seasonal focuses.
Support in planning content and activity that supports Global and UK strategy, local promotions, trade plans, seasonal activities and key strategic priorities.
Oversee and support on all CMS work, ensuring products are set up correctly and merchandised effectively; promotions and offer codes are set-up, tested and working correctly.
Support Online Brand Manager on all new site functionality & content enhancements by thorough testing.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer journey and site experience, manage the execution of all local initiatives - briefing the UK Production team, obtaining Global approval and performing rigorous QA.
Work closely with the corporate Online Analyst to ensure all areas of the Website and any new developments are thoroughly and correctly tagged, and provide on-going reporting and analysis using Google Analytics to measure success and inform future marketing plans.
Take ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products, working closely with the Events Management team to set up website saleable stock allocations, escalating and resolving any discrepancies.
Work closely with the Online Brand Manager to manage the sample stock database ensuring all allocations are set up and usage monitored accurately.
Manage creative & logistical implementation and execution of all seasonal and promotional activities, including Christmas.
Ensure customer journey and site standards are optimised and achieved on the site (no broken links, products are optimised, content and SEO links are commercialised, SEO best practice is executed across the website when launching products and campaigns etc.)
Perform regular competitor analysis and highlight opportunities to wider teams.
Sales and reporting
Produce regular weekly, monthly reports on online sales, marketing and onsite KPIs
Contribute to post campaign analysis decks for all key launches and trading periods.
Strong ecommerce/performance marketing knowledge.
Experience in brands and / or in performance agencies preferable.
Experience of driving and implementing successful & innovative marketing strategies.
Degree level candidate required.
Understanding of data tools, tech innovation and digital trends
Have an extensive understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search, email marketing, SEO and affiliates.
Be collaborative and challenges for results, both with platform partners and third parties.
Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access or equivalent
Excellent understanding & experience of brand identity, tone of voice and how to communicate with the consumer.
Experience in successfully management creative / media agency relationships preferable.
Strong Google Analytics experience
Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business in line with sales targets.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
Experience in managing multiple projects and ability to prioritise in the interest of the business.
Proficient in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
