Accountancy Practice - Payroll Administrator
Your new firm
You will be working with a well established firm of chartered accountants based in Knowsley. The firm offer a range of services to their extensive client base inclusive of Accounting, Tax and Payroll and following a sustained increase in the demand for this last offering, the firm are looking to appoint an additional person to the team.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a team to ensure the smooth delivery of the payroll to a broad range of clients. The firm have both PAYE and CIS clients and you will be expected to create clients of the system and administer the payroll on a weekly, monthly and four weekly basis. You will liaise with clients and deal with straightforward queries when they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will ave ideally worked within a practice previously and have had experience of running the end to end payroll process. You should be a good user of IT systems and be able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. You must be able to work to deadlines and should be able to prioritise your work effectively.
