Support HR M&A integration activities, starting with the Capsule integration. You will liaise with Capsule and Philips colleagues to lead a successful HR Integration. Fully understand the Business Strategy, Philips processes, tools, technology and their implications to the newly acquired company and Philips interdependent colleagues.
You are responsible for
Coordinate & oversee the HR M&A approach as it relates to the local HR operational activities, and ensures close alignment with Philips North America HR practices
Validate the job mapping process, data for systems load, new employment offer, and stakeholder communication regarding the HR transition
Provide Input for M&A HRIS for Workday/Payroll in close collaboration with PPS
Advise the HR M&A team regarding employee communications, experience and operational HR topics
Act as the Philips HR representative towards Acquired Company's management and employees
Understands the business situation of the organizations supported, have a clear overview of people situation to support business needs
Works closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions and programs
Continued support post integration on HR activities (communications, contractors, retention payouts, pulse survey actions, training, etc.)
Participates in and contributes to HR M&A related activities, incl eg PMI HR plan & execution, process and system integration etc.
Leverages Philips playbooks and related process in support of organizational change initiatives
Participates in and contributes to Change management related activities
You are a part of
The HR integration workstream for a particular M&A project, starting with the HR integration activities for the acquisition of Capsule Technologies. You will report into the overall Philips HR M&A team and will be closely connected to the North America HR Community and HR NAM Hub leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational HR matters within a complex and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, systems and procedures.
Experience with NA HR processes and policies and where HR experience in Philips is highly preferred.
Change management and ideally integration or divestiture experience; sensitive to (organizational) cultural differences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders on HR decisions.
Natural tendency to team up, and enjoying working with dedication and passion in changing environment.
‘Can do’ attitude using problem solving skills an ability to think creatively; is pro-active and takes ownership.
Strong Planning-, organizational- and project management skills.
