Job Description: HRIS Integration Lead

  • Job Function Summary

    As an HRIS Integration Lead on our team, you will be responsible for the implementation of Workday Human Resources integrations to our other enterprise systems.

    You will be instrumental in engaging with our development teams across the firm to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high quality solutions that can adapt and grow with our business. You will be responsible for the design, build and testing of our integrations, utilizing Workday’s technology stack. The successful candidate must be a subject matter expert with hands-on experience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.     Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead as a technical expert in new integration/interface development including gathering requirements and architecting solutions
  • Design, develop and build inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations using Workday Studio, web services, Core Connector and Enterprise Information Builder (EIB).
  • Build custom complex reports/calculated fields
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing integrations for greater scalability.
  • Collaborate with business partners from both the business and technology to assist with technical issues and support their ad hoc requests
  • Qualifications/Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday integration system implementations
  • Highly skilled in Workday Studio, Document Transformation, EIBs, Custom Reports
  • Workday HCM, Recruiting and Integrations Certification (current or expired) is preferred
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with users and other development teams both in and out of region
  • Detail oriented and strong ownership of work
  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
