Prima now boasts over 2 million of active clients and has started its international expansion:
it opened its operations in the UK and will be launched in Spain.


Our vision is to become the UK's best car insurance provider, using our best-in-class technology and a customer-centric approach to disrupt the market.

We are looking to build a customer service function that will require talented, knowledgeable and innovative Customer Fulfilment Specialists to lead this initial structure as well as helping us provide great customer experiences to our customers.


Specifically, you will take care of these tasks:

  • Providing our customers with outstanding levels of service over the phone and through online channels
  • Becoming a product knowledge specialist
  • Supporting new and existing customers with any queries they may have, ensuring to keep customer satisfaction high
  • Ensuring any customer escalations are handled swiftly
  • Being on hand to help our customers with any payment queries
  • Once you have been embedded within the customer fulfilment team, you will also be working on projects to help take us to the next level
  • Working closely with all team members
  • Be part of the Saturday and bank holiday rotation
Very importantly, being the voice of the customer by providing regular customer insight to the wider business.

The role will not be limited to these functions and you may be required to complete additional work to support the company and our customers.


Requirements:


  • Customer facing experience is essential
  • Able to work Tuesday-Saturday
  • Great communication skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent experiences to customers
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus
  • Strong belief in TCF principles
  • Problem solving abilities
  • A cando attitude, comfortable working in earlystage start up, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
