Your responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve HR and payroll processes.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS with Barred List (children and adults).

This role is open to hybrid and flexible hours (minimum 4 days per week including Fridays)
