Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, and milling, boring on fanuc controlled machining centres
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Select appropriate tools to complete work orders
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot issues with machines or tools and perform basic maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

Skills:

• Strong engineering knowledge and understanding of machining principles
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. This is a full-time position in a small filmily run company but would also consider part time


Pay:
£12.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Machinist: 3 years (preferred)
