The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader to join Korn Ferry Digital. You will manage a team of experienced SaaS Sellers across EMEA, with a focus on a brand-new product launch.

Driven by AI, our new Talent Experience Solution "Korn Ferry Tech Career" is built within Microsoft Teams and powered by our Korn Ferry's Intelligence Cloud.

It's purpose is to offer Chief Technology Officers and Chief Information Officers innovative approaches to developing, upskilling, and ultimately retaining key tech talent across all levels of organizations.

  • Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include, but are not limited to;_
  • Coaching and development of highperforming sales professionals
  • Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Building and maintaining accurate forecasts of sales opportunities for self and team
  • Demonstrating strategic selling approach to identify, target, and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to the company's services and products
  • Developing strategic business plan for your team to maximise revenue from new clients by addressing the unique needs and opportunities of the assigned scope of responsibility
  • Building strong internal networks of resources across Korn Ferry and working effectively with them to build solutions and deliver against client needs
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry issues and competitive landscape to ensure relevance and appropriate competitive positioning
  • Using tools and technology to leverage efforts and improve team performance
  • Building team members' development plans to continue skill and knowledge growth within the team
  • Working collaboratively with the customer support teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities

Professional Experience/Qualifications/Skills

  • Demonstrated people management experience of a software/tech/SaaS sales team
  • Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience
  • Experience working within the MS ecosystem
  • Knowledgeable/experienced in the tech space and up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends
  • Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills
  • Knowledge/experience of L&D, assessment solutions or broader HR solutions is an advantage
  • Fluency in English verbal & written

Education

  • Bachelor's degree desired. Advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
