Description

Our Client is looking for a Tax Manager to manage a plethora of personal and corporate tax clients. Someone to deliver internal and external tax advice to them. The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing compliance and advisory services working closelywith the Tax Partner. They should aim to maximise fee income and to supervise the work in progress and the department's billing.


Responsibilities include:

  • Tax Returns
Projects such as

  • Share Schemes
  • R&D Tax Credits
  • Mergers, Acquisitions, Reconstructions and Demergers

Requirements:


  • ACA, CTA or Equivalent Qualifications
  • Technical Tax Knowledge
  • Client Handling Skills
