Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a luxury beauty brand in North Bristol.

If you enjoy problem solving and working as part of a small friendly team, this could be the position for you

Your main responsibilities will be:

Completing end to end processing including booking cash, issuing invoices, raising credit notes, reconciling accounts and debt chasing
Maintaining and updating client accounts with statements, remittance advices and credit card receipts
Monitoring Credit Hold orders daily
Providing copies of invoices and reports for Sales Department and clients
Issuing month end invoicing and assisting in collating month end statements

You need:

Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work well within a team
Fantastic customer service skills
Experience within credit control is desirable

This is a permanent, full time position, working in shifts of 8:30am-5pm and 9am-5:30pm.

The salary is up to £30,000 dependant on experience and the office is base in North Bristol with parking onsite.

Due to weak transport links, having your own transport is ideal.
