The role of Talent Advisor is based in their offices in St Albans based on a 12 month FTC, offering Hybrid working, and paying between £38k - £42k.
Key skills required:
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and sound understanding of the recruitment life cycle
- Comfortable with stakeholder management at all levels, being able to educate and influence
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to measure and improve efficiencies and provide regular updates to the team
- A DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) ambassador at heart and a strong work ethic
