Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensuring that our customers receive the highest standards of cleanliness that exceeds that of our competitors.

When making contact with our guests ensuring that we portray a friendly and welcoming attitude and helping wherever we can.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Washing up pots and pans
• Drying pots and pans
• Loading dish washer trays
• Putting trays through the dishwasher
• Stacking clean plates and items
• Polishing cutlery
• Mopping floors
• Polishing work surfaces
• Cleaning of store room and fridges
• Delivery & stock organizing
• Extra cleaning duties as directed
• Gloves and aprons provided
• Sensible sturdy shoes must be worn

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Additional information:

• 30 hours per week
• Working 5 over 7 days
• A combination of straight & split shifts
• Rota created on a weekly basis
