Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a on behalf of one of our clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide consistent and accurate HSEQ advice
  • Provide support on HSEQ proactive initiatives and dedicated campaigns
  • Provide support on HSEQ issues/problems
  • Support the HSEQ Manager with compiling statistics on a monthly basis, identifying trends and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Engage with the Front Line and act on their feedback
  • Undertake regular site visits and tours
  • Contribute to general communications at a Project and Regional level.
  • Help with producing and communicating safety alerts following incidents to promote learning and prevention.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • NEBOSH general certificate, or equivalent
  • CEnv, or equivalent
  • Experience within a civil engineering environment
  • Good communicative presentation and reportwriting skills
  • Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package
  • Highquality standards, e.g. attention to detail
  • A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
  • Tech IOSH (Desirable)
  • Associate IEMA (Desirable)
