Teaching Assistant Cardiff - Primary School

We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is available to work closely with class teachers to provide support for a class of children.

Having experience is desirable but here at Team Educate, we recognize transferable skills and the right personality trait to thrive as a TA

This will be working 8.30 am pm Monday - Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques

Requirements:

Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
Hold a Right to Work (UK)
Provide references
