- £20,000 - £24,000 Annual Salary

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm

The Product Support Technician Role

  • The Product Support Technician will check and pack goods to orders and arrange carriage with overnight and same day couriers. You will also unpack and check in goods from suppliers and customers.
  • By liaising with customers and the lab team the Product Support Technician will monitor collections, deliveries and the turnaround times for calibration services.
  • As Product Support Technician you will monitor stock levels of both sales and hire equipment and check instruments, identifying any faults and carrying out repairs.
  • There is scope within the Product Support Technician role for component level construction and repairs.

The ideal Product Support Technician

  • Experience in a customer service role providing technical services.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Software, in particular Excel and Outlook.
