Support Practitioners. We have 16 to 39 hour contracts available, along with relief opportunities if you are looking for flexibility in your role.


For these positions, we will need you to have a full driving licence.


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.

We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too


The Role


You'll be part of a fun, friendly team who supports five individuals with profound learning disabilities and complex needs to live in their shared home.

As a Support Practitioner your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, cooking, appointments, personal care and housework.


All of the individuals enjoy being active being part of their community, so you'll also find yourself being involved in activities like going for walks, dancing, swimming, baking, makeup, and arts & crafts.


All we'll need you to bring is;

  • A full driving licence
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence to go in the water, as swimming is a regular activity
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns
We have various contracts available, including weekend only contracts. As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible, shifts patterns usually fall between the hours of hours and waking nights hours). Weekends are worked on a rotational basis and you'll have every second weekend off

Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 for every waking night worked.
