Call Centre Agent
An opportunity to join our busy Call centre team.
Handling inbound calls and taking enquiries from potential customers looking to book a medical in one of our 85+ locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering high volumes of calls professionally and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Accurately recording booking information on the inhouse appointment system.
- Providing occasional reception cover and general front of house duties
- Responding to customer queries calmly and professionally and providing resolutions.
- Other administrative duties may be assigned to you as and when necessary.
About you
You will have office/call centre experience with a high level of office practice skills and be proficient in the use of office software.
As a company which deals with sensitive patient data, an understanding of the principles of Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality would be ideal.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£9.50-£9.80 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Telford, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
