Call Centre Agent
An opportunity to join our busy Call centre team.

Handling inbound calls and taking enquiries from potential customers looking to book a medical in one of our 85+ locations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering high volumes of calls professionally and providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Accurately recording booking information on the inhouse appointment system.
  • Providing occasional reception cover and general front of house duties
  • Responding to customer queries calmly and professionally and providing resolutions.
  • Other administrative duties may be assigned to you as and when necessary.

About you


You will have office/call centre experience with a high level of office practice skills and be proficient in the use of office software.


As a company which deals with sensitive patient data, an understanding of the principles of Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality would be ideal.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£9.50-£9.80 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Telford, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
