An opportunity has arisen for a full time Receptionist supporting the Radiology Department at the Birmingham Children's Hospital.

This post is based at Birmingham Children's Hospital though there is the potential for cross site working at Birmingham Women's Hospital.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with good organisational, communication and customer service skills.

You will need to be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team to deliver the highest standard of patient care.


There has never been a better time to join the Radiology Department; We are a growing team with a focus on improving accessibility to diagnostics and enhancing the patient experience.


The successful applicant will be required to participate in a 08:00 - 18:00 service provision as rostered including weekends and Bank Holidays in line with service needs and will promote and deliver a child-focused and user-friendly Diagnostic Imaging service to children, young people and families.
