Senior HR Consultant
up to £35,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

What We Do
We work alongside managers and business owners to help them navigate the world of 'people' in the best way for their business, advising and guiding them on employment law and day-to-day Employee Relations matters, as well as steering them through tricky situations, business changes, and growth strategies.
Our consultants also support manager's own development through coaching and mentoring, delivery of management training and workshops, and review, design, and implementation of documents and processes.

Who We Are Looking For
Yes, HR experience in an advisory capacity and up to date knowledge of employment law is required for this role, however character is key.
You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable taking the initiative and driven by results, whilst maintaining warm, friendly, and supportive relationships.
Working autonomously for much of the time, this role will suit someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently, but they must be equally as comfortable interacting and building relationships within the world of business and HR.
Our clients' needs are variable and require us to be fully committed to delivering excellent support, but the hard work and dedication required from our team to do so, is recognised and well-rewarded.
The role requires a degree of flexibility to support travel to client sites as required, and it's essential that you have a driving licence and suitable vehicle for business use.
