Location:
Poole


Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday & Friday 9am - 4am

Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Our client has a brand-new, exciting opportunity, for an Operations Manager to join their well
closely with the Managing Director, to maintain the high standards and growth across the
business.


Duties will include -:


  • Coordinate and run meetings with the Managing Director, and ensure clear communication among members of staff, clients and stakeholders
  • Responsible for continuously improving and developing processes, and putting personal development plans in place for the team
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the agency, including cost control and financial reporting
  • Ensure tracking sheets are constantly updated
  • Monitor the performance of the agency and campaigns, stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices, and continuously review and improve operational processes and procedures
  • Responsible for running staff inductions and training for new members of staff
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the agency, ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement contingency plans as necessary
  • Approving payments, holidays, reporting staff absence and running team meetings
  • Manage payroll and commission statements for the company
  • Oversee project management, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, and handle client offboardings and escalations
  • Generate monthly time and study reports for clients and conduct detailed discussions with the board to ensure the company is informed of areas where clients may be over or underserviced
  • Address operational issues and challenges using critical thinking and problemsolving skills, and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and project management
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and progress, and communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the agency has the necessary talent to meet its goals and objectives

Requirements -:


  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is desirable
  • You must be adaptable and selfmotivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be positive, willing, and determined to exceed expectations
