Working hours:
Monday to Friday - Maximum 35 hrs per week (Shifts as detailed: 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 10pm)

One of the UK's most inspiring and best known faith-based organisations is looking for meticulous
Administrative Assistants to undertake a range of administrative tasks and activities within the Adult Victims of Modern Slavery Care and Coordination Services Contract Management Team.

As Administrative Assistant you will be required to provide a high quality, responsive administrative support to the Contract Management Team by:

  • Undertaking Stage 1 Quality Assurance checks on client documents and case files
  • Referring all files that fail to meet Stage 1 Quality Assurance standard for a Stage 2 Quality Exception check
  • Inputting data onto a case Management System or Excel spreadsheet
  • Completing a range of administrative tasks on the Case Management System to assist with the processing and monitoring of case work activities
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider Contract Management Team

To join us as Administrative Assistant you will have:

  • Previous experience of data entry work
  • Previous experience of providing administrative support within a team environment
  • Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel software
  • Effective oral and written communication and numeracy skills at GCSE level or equivalent
  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to handle confidential information appropriately in line with TSA policies, contractual obligations and statutory requirements
