Senior Sales Manager

Salary:
up to £75,000 D.O.E


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday

The Client:

One of Grafton's key clients are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join and lead an established team of sales professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with managerial experience looking to further advance their careeror an experience Key Accounts Manager.


The Role:

  • Create and implement the sales strategy with a view to increase business and improve sales processes
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in order to provide new business solutions
  • Implement continuous improvement methods in order to streamline sales processes and secure new business
  • Manage a bank of key accounts delivering an exceptional level of service at all times
  • Conduct sales teams meeting to discuss target markets and improve performance
  • Manage the sales team and implement coaching and mentorship where appropriate
  • Drive the teams performance through collaboration and engagement
The Person

  • Previous experience in a managerial role essential
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Proven track record of working towards and meeting targets
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous experience in manufacturing essential
